Xbox 360 server closure announcement
- It has been announced that the Xbox 360 game servers will be closing at 11:00 p.m. PDT on September 6, 2012, effectively ending all local support for Phantasy Star Universe.
- Microsoft will issue prorated refunds for GUARDIANS Licenses that expire past this date.
- Please note that the following achievements will be unobtainable following the end of online services:
- Alterazgohg Slayer
- De Rol Le Slayer
- Mother Brain Slayer
- Dark Falz Slayer
- Dark Falz 2 Slayer
- Despite the server closure, you will still be able to play Episode 1 of story mode.
Special bonuses
- The following bonuses will be in place until the game servers close at 11:00p.m. PDT on September 6, 2012:
- Megaholy fortune for all races
- Weapon grinding success rates +15%
- Synthesis success rates +20%
- Half-priced clothes and parts (Meseta purchases only)
- Free Lumilass services
- 10x daily Vol Coin allowance
- Boosted photon art EXP payout
- Boosted EXP payout (does not apply to rare free missions)
- Boosted drop rates (does not apply to rare free missions)
New GUARDIANS advanced mission
- The Black Nest/R, a new third stage GAM, has been added to the Resident Security Department (Clyez City 3F).
Updated missions
- The Mad Beasts C-S2 has been upgraded to AOTI standards and difficulty S3 has been added.
- Desert Goliath C-S2 has been upgraded to AOTI standards and the overall mission has been adjusted.
- The following missions from GUARDIANS Chronicle 2 have been reissued as permanent missions:
Item updates
- Casino Voloyal's exchange counter has been updated with the normal rotation of room decorations.
